Senior Consultant / Therapist Lesley Carol qualified as a Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist in 1994 and is a member of the National Register of Hypnotherapists & Psychotherapists and also of the Chartered Management Institute.  She has worked as a Training Consultant, developing and delivering training programmes for a major national charity and for a range of other organisations within both the voluntary and public sectors. Lesley has extensive experience of working with people at grass roots level as a Therapist, Trainer, Manager and Adviser, and specialises in building the capacity of individuals to enable them to overcome difficulties and live the lives they really want - helping them to find a way forward.

Training & Development Services include:

• Relaxation & Stress Management (individual or group work).
• Team Building (identifying strengths and weaknesses, mission and purpose, individual and team behaviours, overcoming barriers, action planning, etc.)
• Facilitation of Group Sessions / Team Events and 'Away Days'
• Development and Delivery of Training sessions (e.g. Team Building, Listening Skills, Managing Aggression, Telephone Skills, Working with Suicidal clients, etc.)
• Motivational Training (individuals and groups)
• Drug Awareness
• Communication Skills
• Sports Programme (e.g. overcoming competition nerves, developing focus & drive, increasing motivation, managing pre-match stress and anxiety, boosting concentration and determination, creating positive expectancy). Individual or group work.
